FAI RosKapStroy

FAI RosKapStroy is subordinated authority of the Russian Ministry of Construction. The company covers the following functions:
– Technical customer services;
– General designer and contractor in the facilities of capital construction;
– Construction supervision;
– Author supervision;
– Technical investigation of infrastructure facilities, residential buildings, educational and healthcare facilities, and other facilities of social infrastructure and road construction.

The institution implements activities aimed at preservation of heritage sites, renders consultation services within implementation of non-state expert review of design and cost-estimate documents, and as a legal successor of State Academy of Construction and Housing & Utilities Sector under the Ministry of Construction of Russia – one of the leaders in the area of further vocational education. In cooperation with the Ministry of Construction of Russia, FAI RosKapStroy executes a number of key programs of vocational education.

Also, the institution is a member of self-regulatory organizations, it obtains effective licenses of the Ministry of Culture and Federal Security Service of Russia, which allow implementing the projects within the whole cycle of design engineering and construction, including those that are implemented in heritage sites and state secret facilities.

Material and technical resources of FAI RosKapStroy include accredited construction laboratories and all test equipment required for construction supervision and technical investigation of buildings and structures.

The institution operates as technical customer in 28 Russian regions, including 64 schools in 23 Russian regions upon the agreement with ProShkola Group of Companies (subsidiary of state development corporation VEB.RF) as a part of state program Development of Education.
