NOTECH Association promotes transparent dialogue between business and authorities. Activities of the National Association are aimed to promote exchange of opinions and experience between members of the market and representatives of state authorities in order to create common solutions that would stimulate achievement of overall strategic goal – increase of construction projects efficiency.
Members of the Association participate in discussion of statutory regulations, initiate introduction of required amendments and corrections.
NOTECH Association represents interests of Russian technical customers and other members of investment and construction project (hereinafter – ICP) in charge of planning, arrangement, management and supervision of construction, as well as other parties rendering various engineering services within ICP lifecycle. The Association openly transfers their consolidated opinion for core issues regarding development of technical customer’s institution and development of the construction engineering market.
Main directions of NOTECH Association work include:
- development of unified rules and standards of technical customer’s activities and update of the legislation;
