Documents required for joining
To become a member of NOTECH Association, a legal entity shall provide the following documents:
1. NOTECH Association membership application in due form endorsed by an authorized person. Authorities shall be confirmed by the relevant data in the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities or another document (its copy shall be attached to the application and shall be signed by an authorized person of the legal entity and legal entity’s stamp (if any));
2. Copy of the decision (extract from the decision) or another act of an authorized management body of a legal entity confirming its will to join NOTECH Association (the document shall be endorsed by an authorized person of the legal entity and legal entity’s stamp (if any));
3. Candidates’ survey in due form;
4. Company’s presentation (in no particular form);
5. Copies of authorization documents;
6. Copies of documents confirming director’s authorities;
7. Extracts from the register of SRO members (engineering survey, design engineering, construction) no older than one month since being issued;
8. The list of implemented projects for the last three years (with the following information: name of the facility, client, region, implementation period, scope of work).
The following shall be provided regarding every project listed:
- copy of contracts (confidential information can be hidden, but information about facility name, implementation period and technical assignment shall be visible);
- copies of acts of works performed / services rendered (confidential information can be hidden);
- other documents (if any) confirming project completion (statement of compliance, positive expert review conclusions, commissioning acts, etc.);
9. Company’s organization chart (in no particular form);
10. Payroll schedule, information about average quantity for the last calendar year;
11. Register of staff listed in NOPRIZ (National Association of Designers and Surveyors) and NOSTROY (National Association of Builders) (in no particular form with information about full name and number of a specialist in a particular register);
12. Accounting records (F1 & F2) for the last two calendar years and the last periods of the current year (with acknowledgement of receipt from Federal Tax Service Inspectorate);
13. Documents confirming no debts towards budgets of all levels and non-budgetary funds.
In addition to the above-listed documents, a legal entity is entitled to provide the following:
- a document confirming corporate availability of quality management system (ISO certificate or different);
- recommendations, letter of gratitude, feedback from clients;
- information about participation in ratings, awards, honors, etc. (company’s or its employees);
- description of experience of applying digital tools for construction management or other purposes within any stages of ICP.
