Terms of entry

To become a member of NOTECH Association, a legal entity shall comply with the following requirements:

• experience of rendering services as a technical customer and / or in the area of engineering and construction management in the market for at least 3 years;
• effective membership in a self-regulatory organization (engineering survey, design engineering, construction);
• at least 10 experts on the payroll;
• financial sufficiency (positive cash flow; revenue based on the accounting reports for the last calendar year at least 50 million rubles, VAT included);
• business goodwill of the company, including the following:
• the company shall be out of liquidation or bankruptcy processes; company’s activities shall not be suspended; its property shall not be arrested;
• the company shall not be on the blacklist of suppliers in compliance with the Federal Law “On purchasing of goods, works, services by particular types of legal entities” (FZ-223 as of July 18, 2011);
• the company shall have no overdue obligations towards budget and non-budgetary funds;
• no criminal trials recorded with respect to the company director / founder;
• o no negative information: judicial decisions that would confirm company’s lack of competence or professionalism.
