Professional experience

Mr. Pliev has more than 10 years of experience in the area of construction audit and management of investment and construction projects for the largest Russian and international companies; total cost of the projects is over 725 bln Rubles.

Since 2015, Mr. Pliev is the General Director of SMART ENGINEERS Group of Companies. Under the leadership of Mr. Pliev SMART ENGINEERS Group of Companies has come through transformation – from a field-specific company rendering expert services in the aera of construction consulting up to a full-fledged engineering group with a specialty in construction management within all lifecycle stages of an investment and construction project.
